Responsible for serving restaurant guests conform the policies & procedures and conform the standards of performance of the Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort. To respond to the guest needs and request in a courteous manner extending the personal service to each patron consistently.

Requirements

  • F&B knowledge
  • Service minded required
  • Outgoing personality
  • Good physical condition
  • Good command of languages (English, Dutch, Papiamentu and Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Report all complaints and compliments to your Supervisor.
  • Serve all guests up to perfect guest satisfaction and conform the standards of performance.
  • Always converse with the quest and check the guest satisfaction.
  • Have good knowledge of all hotel facilities in order to answer all guests’ questions.
  • Handle all complaints and special requests of guests with professionalism.
  • Be aware of all Food & Beverage items, daily special and prices at all times.
  • Responsible for table set-up and mise en place conform the standard operation procedures.
  • Perform side work duties as required and assist your colleagues in any other way.
  • Be aware of all safety procedures of the hotel.
  • Maintain good working relations and communication with the divisions of distribution and production.
  • Be aware of all reservations, incoming groups and special events.
  • Maintain the working stations neat, clean, safe and well organized at all times.
  • Responsible for a proper check procedure within the restaurant.
  • Always try to up-sale and cross-sale.
  • Ensure tables are organized and clean at all times.
  • All other reasonable request made by management.
