Job Profile:

Responsible for the smoothly running of the restaurant and bar. Coach, counsel and train all Food & Beverage employees. Meet the guests’ needs in a high level of service and professionalism in all times. Ensure proper controls on product cost and quality are adhered to.  Assure that all the work performed is conforming the policies and procedures and conform the standards of performance of the Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort.

Requirements include:

  • HBO / Bachelor Level — Hospitality or equivalent
  • 3-5 years Restaurant Management experience
  • Responsible for preparing the forecast for the bars and restaurants
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to train and develop
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Customer oriented
  • Handle all complaints and special requests with professionalism
  • Be aware of all safety procedures and make sure that all Food & Beverage employees are as well
  • Have excellent knowledge of all Food & Beverage standards and beverage recipes
