Job Description
The Bellman’s responsibility is to receive the arriving guest in a warm and friendly manner. Escort the guest to the Front Desk and introduce them to the Front Desk agent. Physically you are to load the guest’s luggage on the bell cart and escort the guests to their room with a detailed explanation of all room amenities.
Requirements
MBO/SBO completed education preferably in tourism
Service oriented
Ability to work in a team
Experience in a similar position is preferred
Good communication skills
