F&B Supervisor for 5 o’clock Somewhere Bar

Job Description

The B&F Supervisor 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill is responsible for the smooth running of the department which comprises of the bar, restaurant and Arcade Curacao.

Ensuring excellent guest experiences, coaching and counseling all Beverage & Food employees, stock management and close cooperation with supporting department are key components of the daily tasks.

Meet guests’ needs by using a high level of service and professionalism and ensures that all the work performed is according to the policies, procedures and standards of Margaritaville, and Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao.

Education Level:

SBO diploma or equivalent and Certificates in Languages English and Spanish.

General requirements:

Physical condition – This position requires a good physical condition and ability to work 10 hours on your feet.

Guest oriented – Be a good communicator, open-minded, welcoming demeanor and have excellent customer service skills.
