The Arcade Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of an arcade or gaming facility. The Arcade Attendant is responsible for assisting customers with game selection, providing instructions, monitoring equipment, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Assure that all the work performed is conforming the policies & procedures and conform the standards of performance of the Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort.

Requirements include:
- Minimum Educational Level—MBO Hospitality
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a recreational or entertainment setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers of all ages
- Patience
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of arcade games and equipment is a plus
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid health card
- Good command of languages (English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamentu)
