Responsible for serving casino guests conform the policies & procedures and conform the standards of performance of the Wind Creek Casino Curaçao. To respond to the guest needs and request in a courteous manner extending the personal service to each patron consist.
Requirements
MAVO-VSBO diploma or equivalent
Excellent customers service abilities
Able to work in a good gaming entertainment environment
Flexible working hours (including nights, weekends and holidays)
Good problem solving abilities and willingness to learn new technologies
Team player
A responsible and motivated person
Ability to work under pressure and handle stress
Outgoing personality and a creative person
A good physical condition
Good communications skills (English, Dutch, Papiamentu and Spanish)
